Why Conscious Leaders Need This Breakfast (The Bottom-Line Impact)

Workplace culture isn't a "nice-to-have" that can wait until things slow down. It's the underlying current determining whether your organization sinks or swims in today's talent marketplace.

The smallest cultural shifts, implemented consistently, create ripple effects that transform entire organizations.

The Great Resignation wasn't just a pandemic blip—it exposed fundamentally broken workplace cultures. Leaders who adapt will thrive, while others will continue hemorrhaging talent and profits.

According to Gallup's 2024 research:

  • Companies with purpose-aligned teams see 32% less turnover and 15% higher productivity
  • Improving clarity of expectations leads to 9% higher profitability
  • Better work quality (11% improvement) comes from conscious culture

What You'll Actually Learn (No Corporate Platitudes):

  • Why basic courtesy is shockingly uncommon (and how to bring it back)
  • How leaders unknowingly create toxic environments (and what to do instead)
  • Why addressing "what's in the room" during uncertainty changes everything
  • The hiring strategy that transforms your talent pipeline
  • Communication techniques that instantly improve workplace experience
These aren't complex systems requiring months to implement—they're practical strategies you can apply immediately to reduce chaos and create breathing room for yourself and your team.

This breakfast isn't about fluffy corporate speakit's about practical, immediately implementable strategies to create workplaces where both people and profits thrive.

Join us for this candid conversation with a recognized expert in workplace dynamics. Catherine's no-nonsense approach delivers actionable insights for conscious leaders committed to building better work environments.

"Catherine Morgan knows her stuff and seasons it with a witty, conversational presentation style that engages and holds your attention. You'll get more out of one presentation from her than you'll get from a dozen convoluted, self-promotional books. Catherine doesn't take herself seriously, but she takes her work very seriously. What a refreshing combination."
