Build your awareness as a conscious business leader in this hands-on, professionally guided workshop. Explore the four tenets of Conscious Capitalism, with focus on real-life application, and share learning experiences that foster greater connection within a growing community of conscious leaders.

In this online workshop, you’ll:
  1. Better understand the four pillars of Conscious Capitalism: purpose, values, stakeholder value creation and conscious leadership development
  2. Explore these fundamentals in your own leadership
  3. Hear from other leaders on the conscious business journey and gain ideas for your own organization
  4. Learn concrete next steps to put them into action in your business

This workshop is for you if you:

  • Want your business to positively impact the world and be successful
  • Lead an enterprise and want to elevate the venture to its next level of maturity
  • Want to up your game as a conscious, values-aligned leader
  • Seek to increase your team’s levels of engagement and performance
  • Are part of an organization that you’d like to see shift in this direction
  • Are starting a new venture and want to be “great from the start”

Chris Johnson
Chris has devoted her life to the deep listening that underpins ‘what matters most’ in people’s lives.  She’s passionately committed to cultivating exemplary leaders, collaborative teams, and engaged, thriving communities. As an experienced psychologist, teacher and leadership coach she’s known for creating trust with those who value her honesty, deep listening and commitment to their success.

Addie Peper
Addie has a passion for connecting with and bringing positivity to those around her. Side by side, she and her Millennial and Gen Z counterparts are reshaping the workforce as they aspire to have a whole life of purpose - which includes a meaningful career. As a recent valedictorian college graduate, Addie is newer to the full-time workforce and she's a shining example to her peers as a professional elevating humanity through business. As Cultivator of Connection at Envision IT, she is consciously connecting with ours and providing that business can be a force for good.

Dominic Perri
Dominic, Founder and Principal Consultant, Essential Conversation Group, is a nationally-recognized consultant providing strategic planning, leadership training, and facilitation to over 100 organizations in more than 25 states. Dominic has delivered programs on topics including unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, increasing collaboration and teamwork and managing people of different generations.
